The biannual specialized scientific journal of Islamic law studies is the result of a decade of scientific effort and effort of officials, professors and students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Law of Al-Mustafa International University (PBUH)-Afghanistan. Simultaneously with the activities of Al-Mustafa International University (PBUH) in Afghanistan, this magazine published scientific and specialized articles by professors and students in the field of Islamic jurisprudence and law. The bi-quarterly journal of Islamic law studies seeks to institutionalize the culture of scientific research in the society of Afghanistan and to create a suitable context and platform for the publication of scientific and research works of professors and students. The Faculty of Jurisprudence and Law, with the belief that scientific research and research is a basic measure of the progress and development of any society, from scientific articles and research works of professors, students, defense lawyers, attorneys, judges, legal advisors and all those who work in judicial bodies and Judiciary is busy with service and welcomes warmly. The editor, the executive secretary and the editorial board of the quarterly are committed to review the received articles as soon as possible and publish them if they meet the acceptance criteria.
