Abstract

Children are the people with whom the human race evolved and caused the survival of humanity, they are the children who made the foundations of the family strong and are important and valuable to us as the backbone of the society. Therefore, children have rights and privileges both in the Islamic Sharia and in the current laws, both the offenders and the victims, who should be given attention and support; Therefore, in this article, an effort has been made to discuss and examine the Hanafi and Imami jurisprudence regarding the crimes of adultery, robbery, gazf, etc. It is evident that criminal protection of children is very important and it is felt necessary to protect them. In this article, an attempt has been made to use the library method in the field, using authentic jurisprudential sources and statutory laws; Therefore, it is necessary to provide criminal protection to children in case of violation, assault and crimes that are committed against children and as a result, children suffer from that area. In this article, reliable jurisprudential and legal sources have been used.
