Abstract

One of the most important economic challenges in every country is poverty. Poverty is a multi-dimensional phenomenon that, according to the social, cultural, economic conditions and the time and place of each country, includes the failure to be satisfied based on need and the lack of access to resources, education, skills, health, nutrition, housing and health facilities, which harm Social acceptability leads to violence and lack of freedom.
And one of the most important security challenges is war and unrest. As a result of wars, many civil rights of people have been violated, including the rights that have been violated as a result of wars in Afghanistan. The upcoming research, which was carried out with a descriptive-analytical library method; In order to answer this question, what are the economic and security challenges facing the realization of citizenship rights in Afghanistan? Also, what are the solutions and suggestions for better realization of these challenges in Afghanistan? One of the biggest challenges that hurts and annoys the Afghan society; These are the security problems that have caused many other problems. Overcoming these challenges is possible by implementing strategies to guarantee people's rights.
