The beginning of the 19th century is considered the beginning of the change of attitude towards political crimes. This change of attitude was born of the Great French Revolution and the emergence of new thoughts and new views about political opponents, which gradually led to the emergence of a regime of rapprochement in political crimes. Arafaqi diet; It means establishing special regulations for political criminals and giving them privileges in the stages of proceedings, punishment and its implementation. The existence of lofty goals in political criminals, the origin of political crimes from reformist thought, the relativity of political crime, and criminological reasons constitute the theoretical foundations of the Arafaqi regime in political crimes. This article tries to explain the political crime of Arafaqi regime by descriptive analytical method and using documents. The findings of the research show that in the field of trial, punishment and execution of political criminals, they have privileges such as: public trial, trial in the presence of a jury, prohibition of extradition, etc.
