Abstract

Criminology is a young and emerging trend in criminology. This trend is the result of criminologists' review of the elements involved in the criminal phenomenon. In the past, the crime and the criminal were the main protagonists of the criminal phenomenon, and the role of the victim was considered neutral. The research related to the victim revolves around two centers; First, the role of the victim in the criminal phenomenon, and secondly, the support and preparation of the damage caused to him. Since the Holy Qur'an has shed light on various aspects of human life, the topics related to crime and deviance have not been neglected in it. In the field of criminal law, one of the subjects that the Qur'an deals with is the rights of the victims. Supporting and accepting rights and privileges for those who have been injured before being victimized can compensate a part of the damage caused to them and their survivors. In this article, by researching the verses of the Qur'an, the rights and privileges that have a protective aspect for the victim and his survivors have been depicted.
