Abstract

In societies where the human rights of citizens are not given to them or these rights are not protected, individuals and groups in these societies inevitably resort to violent means to get rid of tyranny or to achieve justice or to achieve their rights. Such societies, of which Afghanistan is one of the examples, instead of accepting different views and demands, attempts are made to deny or suppress the demands of the society. The upcoming research, which has been conducted with a descriptive-analytical library method, aims to answer the question that what are the economic and security challenges to the realization of human rights in Afghanistan? Also, what are the solutions and suggestions for better realization of these challenges in Afghanistan? The findings of the research show that one of the biggest challenges that bothers the Afghan society is crimes against women. Harassment of women, dependence on anti-feminist traditions and customs, domestic violence have a cultural, social, political and economic basis. In order to deal with this phenomenon in order to defend and support women who are victims of crime, it is necessary to plan extensive, specialized and multilateral programs in order to reach a reform mechanism in this direction.
